AGM Proxies – We need your vote if you can’t get there!
Hopefully you will now know of the intention of John Lord, Kate Brown and Andrew Medhurst to stand for election to the Parsons Green Club Board at the Club AGM on 15 October.
Many thanks to everyone who has kindly offered to make one of us your proxy at the forthcoming Parsons Green Club AGM. We only have until Wednesday 10 October to get the signed proxies to the club for them to be valid.
Please help us as much as possible by completing and signing top half of the attached form (don’t worry if you can’t remember your membership number) and making one of John Lord, Kate Brown or Andrew Medhurst your proxy.
It would be really useful to know how many proxies we have to rely on so whilst you are perfectly entitled to returning your proxy to the club directly (to the secretary as detailed in the form) if you do this can you let us know the details please?
Alternatively you can get the forms to any member of the Tennis Section committee (John, Antigoni, Kate or Andrew) by Tuesday 9 October (Kate and Andrew live just off West Hill in Wandsworth and John Lord lives near the club in Settrington Road, SW6).
If you have a completed form and there’s really no alternative to us collecting from you then we will endeavour to do so one evening next week (just let us know). Obviously with the postal strike it will be difficult to rely on post getting to us on time. Extra forms will be placed in the brown envelope on the Tennis Section noticeboard for those of you going to Social Tennis on Saturday, Sunday or Tuesday.
